If you receive a product and it is damaged or the wrong item, we will purchase the shipping label for the return. If you purchase an item and it is no longer what you want or needs to be exchanged for a different size, then the customer will need to pay for the shipping label. Custom graphic tees, longsleeves, crewnecks, hoodies, and other custom items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. These items are made to order and custom to what you would like.
